Well, so long Next Stage by José Andrés. The Washington Business Journal notes that the chef's split with catering company Ridgewell's last month means that the Arena Stage restaurant that bore his famous name bears it no longer. The new name? Catwalk Cafe. And apparently it will be pretty much the same, serving "quick bites, salads, soups and entrees" inspired by whatever plays are being staged at any given time. [WBJ]
