Stefanie Gans pens this week's Young & Hungry column in the City Paper and takes on Jersey-Italian Mike Isabella's Graffiato. The Jersey native writer declares the restaurant is "neither Jersey nor Italian" as it has no chicken parm, no veal marsala, no fettuccine. And when she asks the chef — who's writing a cookbook called Flavors from a Jersey Italian — why his restaurant's flavors are not, um, Jersey Italian, Isabella responds, "It's not my style."
