Where D.C. found love in the Manliest Restaurant in America contest, Bon Appetit couldn't find one entry in the city for its "Best New Restaurants in America 2011" roundup. Although as Washington City Paper's Chris Shott points out the, "District's biggest debuts of the year—Graffiato, America Eats Tavern, Rogue 24, among others—didn't officially open their doors until summer," leaving little headway for scouting reports.
