Jaleo's Paul Yeck Named Head Chef At America Eats Tavern

The Feast reported this morning that America Eats Tavern has found a replacement for departing head chef Richard Brandenburg, and they're keeping it in the family: Paul Yeck of Jaleo Bethesda will be moving on over in September, rounding out quite the summer of shuffles over at the Think Food Group, which also saw Oyamel's Joe Raffa promoted to culinary operations director.

Eater reached out to a rep for the Think Food Group, who confirmed Yeck's move and reports that Terri Cutrino will be watching over Jaleo Bethesda during the transition to a new head chef. Cutrino serves as the Think Food Group's head of special projects, but previously oversaw all of the Jaleo restaurants. So it is safe to say that you're in good hands, Bethesda.
