Lawyers from California-based burger chain In-N-Out say the name, logo, and menu at the Aberdeen, Maryland's Grab-N-Go look a little too familiar, and so this week they've filed an infringement lawsuit against the restaurant. Eater National takes a look at the offending menu and speculates that "maybe the restaurant should be sued just for serving an 'Asian Burger' with the war crime-sounding 'savory Asian pink sauce.'"
