The owners of Aberdeen, Maryland restaurant Grab-N-Go Burger are "really rather livid" that burger chain In-N-Out is suing them for infringement. Owner Gus Siperko says he's never heard of In-N-Out til the suit was filed and "red and white colors are used by every burger place around here." [OC Register via -EN-]
