LOGAN CIRCLE—September is sherry month at Estadio, where starting tomorrow they're going to be offering $16 tasting flights that'll include three types of sherry plus a sherry cocktail from mixologist Adam Bernbach. These will rotate each week. [EaterWire]

DEL RAY—The Washington Business Journal reports that a gluten-free bakery is coming to Alexandria. The Happy Tart will be focusing on French pastry, though, yes, they will have cupcakes. The owner is currently working on her occupancy permit. [WBJ]
