The news broke yesterday that restaurateur Xavier Cervera has bought the Hawk 'n' Dove, and today the Going Out Gurus have some more details on the changes afoot. It seems it will not be getting a bistro menu, but rather will be "upscale saloon" with a pizza oven. Also, there will be no more 18-and-over dance parties, in the hopes of attracting an older crowd. Finally, Cervera provides the update on his zillion other projects, including Lola's, Boxcar and Willie's Brew and Cue. [WaPo]
