Minibar Finally Reopens Tomorrow In America Eats Tavern

Temporarily shuttered back in June to make way for the pop-up America Eats Tavern, chef José Andrés' acclaimed six-seat restaurant Minibar is back is business starting tomorrow. The restaurant announced the news today, noting that its reservation system is going to be the same as always, dial in one month in advance. The restaurant has already had a waitlist going for the month of September just in case it reopened, so don't expect to get in any sooner than October 1 unless you're already on the list.
