The team behind Founding Farmers will open an outpost of the restaurant in Potomac in late October, according to the Washington Post. It'll be smaller in size than the Foggy Bottom flagship, but have an expanded menu due to a custom gas-and-fire oven they plan to install. Executive chef Rob Ross will move to the Potomac location and, interestingly, they are hiring the rest of the staff via a video application contest that could win you $500. [WaPo, YouTube]
