ARLINGTON—Imagine living in a house that didn't require air conditioning or a heating system but still stayed the right temperature all year long. There is such a thing (called a Passive House) and one is going up in Arlington right now.

SPRING VALLEY—The home belonging to a former ambassador to Nicaragua is on the market for $5M. Huge rooms for entertaining and a master bath to die for.

DALLAS—Former Redskin Deion Sanders has taken a second property off the market after not getting any takers for his $7.5M asking price. This one is a two-story penthouse with some sweet listing photos.

INTERWEBS—One of the most popular posts on Curbed this past week was a short video explaining the evolution of the hipster. Click over to hear two puppets give a hysterical rundown on where these hobo-impersonators came from.

GEORGETOWN—Dominique Strauss-Kahn isn't feeling the love in DC. A few days ago movers were spotted loading up his stuff in a U-Haul outside his house on Dumbarton. One of them was a Ravens fan.

MARYLAND—We found a cheap 3 bedroom semi-detached house. It has a terrible paint job, but the place only costs $50,000.
