Union Station is going to be the site of the very first US location of UK chain Yo!Sushi. The City Paper has some initial details about the conveyor-style sushi place set to open across from the Chipotle — namely that it'll have sushi rolls, sashimi, salads and some hot dishes that'll travel around the restaurant on conveyor belts. Also, the company hopes to roll out another five to 10 State-side locations by the end of next year. [WCP]
