The Washington Post previews all the kitchen gadgetry found at District Commons and Burger, Tap and Shake, the new concepts opening up very, very soon in Foggy Bottom. BTS' counter service is new territory for chef/owner Jeff Tunks, who expresses just a little bit of anxiety about this whole thing: "Let's face it: I’m a control freak.
