The Washington Business Journal gets confirmation from a restaurant broker that the well-known DC chef — formerly of the shuttered Restaurant Kolumbia and other restaurants but who has been selling his sausages at local farmers markets for years — is opening a storefront in the old Griffin Market space. There's no timeline or details available yet, but get ready for a sausage fest, Georgetown. [WBJ]
