Montgomery County bartenders beware — this week there will be drunk people in your bars trying to order booze. But this is serious! They might be actors pretending to be drunk for a Department of Liquor Control survey that aims to "provide first-hand experience on how bars deal with over-service in ways that do not involve enforcement actions for violations."
