Wednesday Wine Nights at Sonoma; Hard Times Cafe Moving Into Verizon Center

CAPITOL HILL—Tomorrow night, Sonoma Restaurant and Wine Bar launches a new weekly wine event during which the restaurant invites you to come hang out with their brand new sommelier and general manager Patricia Ely. She'll introduce a few wines focused around one central theme each week, starting with three Italian Piedmont wines that will be available at a 25 percent discount all night tomorrow. CHINATOWN—TBD reports that Hard Times is moving into the Verizon Center with both a permanent concession stand and a mobile one. The local chili chain already has a spot in Nationals Park. [TBD]

CAPITOL HILL—What The Hill has your list of nominees for the third annual Hilly Awards, which includes categories for bar/tavern of the year, restaurant of the year and cafe/coffee shop of the year.
