Ritz-Carlton Georgetown Revamping Its Restaurants

You have just one more month to dine at the Fahrenheit restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, as it is shuttering November 1 in order to make way for more event space at the hotel. Meanwhile, the Degrees Bar & Lounge will be converted into Degrees Bistro, a full-service restaurant that will take over the daily food operations, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will be a French bistro with executive chef Quang Duong remaining at the helm. According to a press release, his new menu includes options like a crab cake sandwich, roasted chicken grand mere, French onion soup and steak frites.

Since renovations to the spaces will be minor, Degrees will still be open as a bar for the next month and it, too, will make the change to a full restaurant on November 1.
