Tim Carman talked to Cooper, who apparently has given the surgeon tips on using a knife because isn't it kind of like pulling out offal? And Cooper was in good spirits last night at a sendoff event, complying with the City Paper's Chris Shott's request for the chef to lighten up on the small bites and give him a damn sandwich.
