Tom Sietsema checks out the new Tortilla Coast location in Logan Circle for his First Bite column this week. Though the restaurant debuted with the intent to provide a more authentic Mexican menu than its Tex-Mex sister restaurant on Capitol Hill, the Washington Post critic smacks that down, writing that "Tortilla Coast is to Mexico what Olive Garden is to Italy." That said, he thinks it'll do well and recommends the tortilla chips, Cadillac margarita and pork tacos. [WaPo]
