This very evening brings the opening of Adams Morgan's Southern Hospitality, which has taken over the old Adams Mill space. The City Paper's Chris Shott reports that former Busboys & Poets chef Hugo Bonilla has a menu planned that involves things like, "flash-fried rockfish risotto fritters and a chilled crab, mango and avocado appetizer that is served in a martini glass. Entrees include a traditional meatloaf and boneless fried chicken." Doors open at 5 p.m. [WCP]
