Rockville Town Square is getting a whole bunch of new chain restaurants this year, including Bar Louie and American Tap Room. According to the Washington Business Journal, these chains are joining bakery chain Vie de France and a place called Pho & Rolls out in the mixed-use development and are scheduled to open in the spring.
