Nycci Nellis of The List Are You On It? checks in on the still yet-to-be-named and long-delayed Jackie Greenbaum project destined for 11th Street in Columbia Heights. Yes, it's still going to be a Mexican restaurant with a menu that is "equal parts bar snacks, tortas & tacos and there will always be a pozole featured." Also, margaritas and horchatas.
