Ted's Bulletin Named Best Brunch; Cuba Libre Pop-Ups

POP-UPS—Beginning tomorrow evening, Cuba Libre debuts its “Pop-Up Paladares” cooking series in which chef Guillermo Pernot is bringing in a series of guest Cuban chefs to collaborate with him on a four-course menu.
