Word came down in mid-December that former Tallula chef Barry Koslow is opening a Jewish deli in Dupont Circle sometime this year. So what is happening now, a month later? HuffPo checks in on the "desolate" DGS Delicatessan construction site and gets some intel from Koslow as to how the menu is evolving: Danish-style open-faced sandwiches, blintzes for brunch, a fish board, latkes and and, obviously, meat — though not kosher.
