In more chef shuffling news, Bibiana has announced that it has found a new pastry chef in Jemil Gadea — most recently working in Vegas as the assistant pastry chef at the Picasso at the Bellagio. Gadea replaces Douglas Hernandez, who departed the Ashok Bajaj Italian restaurant back in October to join Michael Mina's new ventures at Baltimore's Four Seasons. [EaterWire]
