Nation's Restaurant News finds not one but two Washington-area spots with foie gras dogs on the menu — both Urbana and Red Apron Butchery's mobile cart. The Red Apron brat also comes topped with black truffles and sells for $10 rather than the $8 price point of the rest of their hot dogs. [NRN]
