For his First Bite column this week, Tom Sietsema visits Tortino, a new Italian restaurant in the Shaw neighborhood run by a veteran of Al Tiramisu, Tosca and Cafe Milano. Sietsema warns against the risotto and the swordfish, writing that diners should know Tortino's strengths before going in.
