This week's issue of the City Paper is their Answers Issue, in which they attempt to answer a bunch of random reader-submitted questions. Among them all are a few restaurant-related questions, including "Why does our city not value great bread?" "Why doesn't the District have an authentic Jewish deli" and "What is it with 'soft' restaurant openings in D.C.?"
