Tonight marks the debut of some big changes over at Pound the Hill: From now on, the popular Capitol Hill coffee shop will transform in the evenings into a restaurant and wine bar. They'll be "serving creative international cuisine paired with unique boutique wines and craft brewed beers," according to the website. Nothing will change about the coffee shop between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., though — it's just at 5 p.m. daily that it will transition into a restaurant. Bad news, though: No Wifi at dinner.
