Room 11 Signs Lease to Add Some Much-Needed Space

Starting off 2012 with some good news for fans of teeny tiny Room 11 in Columbia Heights: the restaurant announced today that it has signed a lease to expand into the space next door, meaning it'll be a heck of a lot easier to score a seat in the not-too-distant future.

Apparently they're not wasting any time on construction and hope to have this thing done by early summer. In some juicy rumormongering, New Columbia Heights hears from staff members that the expansion means a bigger kitchen and perhaps even daytime operations beyond their recently launched brunch. Which would certainly be a great thing for Columbia Heights.
