Oh hey, more news from Michael Landrum's ever-shifting restaurant empire: the City Paper reports today that Ray's the Steaks at East River reopened over the weekend. You might recall that the space quietly closed back in October to reformat. And now, lo and behold, it's back. According to the City Paper, the revamped Ray's offers four steak-frites options plus that steak-and-cheese sandwich from the steak-and-cheese shop that briefly existed out in Arlington. [WCP]
