Bandolero, Mike Isabella's second restaurant in as many years, is set to open in Georgetown in the spring. But first, Isabella is collaborating with LivingSocial's Gourmet site to give everyone a little preview of the forthcoming spot with a four-night pop-up at LivingSocial's brand new Penn Quarter digs. The deal is live right now and offers five courses of "modern Mexican small plates" for $119 per reservation, including tequila cocktail pairings and the opportunity — zomg — to meet the Top Chef contestant himself. Though you could probably just go to Graffiato to do that, too?

Anyway, the announcement also reveals some menu details, some of which we already knew: "Classic dips like guacamole and sikil pak (made with pumpkin seeds) will share menu space with tacos stuffed with octopus, suckling pig, and crispy yucca, as well his interpretation of fajitas, taquitos, and flautas." The pop-up will run from February 16-19 with seatings from 5:30 to 9 p.m. — reservations for which you will make after you buy, if you buy.
