Cork and Poste Reveal Menus; Scenes From Toki's Pop Up

LOGAN CIRCLE—Now that chef Rob Weland is officially installed over at Cork, he's officially unveiled a brand new menu. New dishes include a radish salad, almond-parsnip gratin, red wine braised rabbit and braised pork belly served with grits and a slow-cooked hen egg. [EaterWire]

PENN QUARTER—Meanwhile, the restaurant Weland left behind has also done some more menu adjusting. Poste also announces today that chef Dennis Marron has launched some menu specials including a three-course pre-theater menu, a $20 power lunch menu and, best of all, a lunchtime beer-and-burgers special. BEER WIRE—The Washington Post reports that local breweries DC Brau, Capitol City Brewing Company and Port City Brewing Company have all been selected to pour two beers apiece at Savor, which is coming up on June 8 and 9.
