So, there has been some discussion recently on Todd Kliman's weekly chat about Jaleo and Estadio and how they stand up to Spanish cuisine in actual Spain. One chatter wrote that if these are among DC's 100 best restaurants "it doesn't exactly reflect on the DC area as a dining destination." This week, Estadio owner Mark Kuller jumps into the fray to say — surprise! — that he prefers Estadio or Jaleo over most Spanish tapas bars.
