Here's a rule that would be hard to implement in DC: a New Hampshire restaurant has placed a sign in its door that decrees, "No Politicians. No Exceptions." That is, of course, because New Hampshire is the next stop on the Republican primary circuit and candidates have been stopping in to shake hands and kiss babies.
