This Saturday is your last chance until the summer to visit Julia Child's Kitchen at the National Museum of American History. The Washington Post reports that the exhibit is closing on Sunday with the aim of reopening "as part of a larger exhibit that will put Child’s favorite room in its proper context." Curators aren't talking much about how this new exhibit will look, but project director Paula Johnson tells the Post it will be "about big changes in what we ate in the last half of the 20th century.” [WaPo]
