FOGGY BOTTOM—The City Paper has some very serious news this afternoon for all you coffee shop squatters — the new Filter location in Foggy Bottom will not have WiFi. Repeat: the new Filter location in Foggy Bottom will not have WiFi. This is apparently to "promote conversation and reading." There's still time to change the owner's mind, though, as this location doesn't open until April. [WCP]
