Frederick's Flying Dog Brewery has announced that it will be releasing a series of 10 beers this year dubbed the "Brewhouse Rarities." According to the Washington Post, the first beer — a hefeweizen — debuted last week in Baltimore and most of the beers in the series will be available only on draft. They will also only be available in Maryland, Washington and Virginia. As a side note, Dogfish Head president Sam Calagione notes that his top-selling 60 Minute IPA dropped seven percentage points from 2010 to 2011. [WaPo]
