The Rogue Sessions get underway this week with Bryan Voltaggio first stepping into Rogue 24's kitchen tomorrow night while RJ Cooper is out for open-heart surgery. Though Voltaggio's week at the helm of the 24-course restaurant is already sold out, Gilt City has announced that next week's chef will be Tim Byres of Dallas' Smoke.
