Cyclone Anaya's is aiming to open at Merrifield's Mosaic District development in January or February, and the Post learns a little more about what's in store. Co-owner Rico Valencia explains that he was going for a concept "like a P.F. Chang's of Mexican" — but then reconsidering, he adds, "It's not P.F. Chang's." There will be a margarita cart for tableside margaritas, but the fajitas won't arrive sizzling "because I don't like the odors. I don't like how it smells and gets on you." [WaPo]
