The Coupe is preparing to open its doors in Columbia Heights week, the latest in a breakfast-friendly restaurant group that includes The Diner, Open City and Tryst. Owner Constantine Stavropoulos chats with the Washingtonian about the DC dining scene and his late-night concepts: "I see the Diner in Adams Morgan as almost like a diner you'd find in Times Square...
