Little Serow Wire

Little-Serow-150.jpgLast month, the critics of America dutifully filed pieces about the DC dining scene after attending a conference here. Now Atlanta Journal-Constitution critic John Kessler gets around to it, categorizing Johnny Monis' Thai hotspot Little Serow into what he calls a "badass Asian" genre that includes Pok Pok and Mission Chinese: "Monis chooses, wisely I think, to take the dare out of the Thai dining experience. You don't go here to crunch on tiny bird bones or eat blood cakes; it's all about the layering of flavors. This meal was well worth our efforts." [AJC]
