Chevy Chase bistro and art gallery Terasol has both a new chef in Hector Guerra and a brand new kitchen. The Washington Post reports that Guerra has not only taken over the culinary operations at the bistro, but that he did so with the stipulation that owner Alan Moin beef up the kitchen equipment. With the new chef, the menu has also been expanded to include "steak frites, rack of lamb, sausage-stuffed quail and roast chicken." [WaPo]
