Looks like H Street cheesesteak fans will have to stay patient a little bit longer. Tim Carman checks in with the Taylor Gourmet guys, who have been working forever to get Taylor Charles Steak & Ice open. The team is now projecting an early December opening. Meanwhile, Casey Patten and David Mazza have kept themselves busy finding a new bread supplier, developing 14 different cheesesteak recipes and coming up with retro 80s dishes (no word yet on exactly what these are).
