In this week's chat, Todd Kliman laments his inability to reserve a table so far (through a friend) at the new, more expensive Minibar. Kliman says he was admonished via email for attempting to reserve a space before 10 a.m., and experienced other difficulties as well. "I don't think I'm just speaking for myself when I say that diners don't like to feel as if the restaurant is doing us a favor by granting us the great privilege of a table to eat a meal.
