A man accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail into the Ballston Commons Mall food court Thursday is being formally charged by Arlington police. ARLNow reports Leon A. Traille is now facing a federal arson charge, which carries a minimum sentence of five years in prison if he's convicted. Arlington Police originally said the move, which caused the mall to be evacuated, didn't look to be an act of terrorism. [ARLNow]
