Sure, pretty much everyone has a food truck, but one local chef has designs to bring ice cream by bicycle to Washington, DC. Boveda sous chef Carlos Delgado tells the City Paper that he's working on a fleet of bicycles called Cream Cycles that will travel the city selling ice cream sandwich flavors such as "cereal milk ice cream with bananas and a granola cookie, olive oil ice cream with bacon bits and a bacon cookie."
