PENN QUARTER— The Chefs for Equality event is just around the corner, but if you miss it, here's another big ticket celebrity chef event in the works. On Nov. 7, The Source will host the D.C. leg of the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour. Chefs including Spike Gjerde of Woodberry Kitchen and Cathal Armstrong of Restaurant Eve will each take a course for the six-course dinner, while others such as Victor Albisu of Taco Bamba will contribute appetizers.
