Oh, Tourists

Will British tourists soon be flocking to Patty Boom Boom? BBC.com's travel section takes a tour through the "new neighbourhoods of Washington, DC," and by that they're referring to H Street NE, Columbia Heights, Logan Circle, Petworth, U Street and what seems to be Mount Vernon Triangle, though they're calling it Downtown DC. Restaurants singled out include Chez Billy, the Passenger, Star & Shamrock and more. [BBC.com]
