Rep: Old Dominion Not Headed to Union Market

Prince of Petworth has one of his "Scuttlebutt" posts up today, which says that Old Dominion Brewhouse could be looking to open up a rooftop beer garden at Union Market, the new project at 1309 5th St. NE. The bar has one location near the Convention Center and another in Hyattsville. Could a third be on the way?

Doesn't look like it. Eater spoke with Jessica Bruner of Edens, who handles leasing for the Union Market project. "Nobody from Edens has ever met or spoken to Old Dominion," she said. Sounds like a pretty definite no. Old Dominion did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether they're planning any additional locations.
